As part of the process we use when you apply for pre-qualification, qualification or a full application for mortgage financing we collect certain nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:
• Information we receive from you on our application form or other documentation we ask you to provide,
• Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency (credit bureau).
We restrict access to this nonpublic personal information about you, releasing it only to our employees who need to know that information in order to provide services to you. We also provide that information to non-affiliated third parties (the investor we select for your transaction) so that they may properly evaluate your completed application we submit to them. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in compliance with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
We do not disclose nonpublic information about you to any third parties other than as noted above or disclosures permitted or required by law.
